Can I start with how much I love a winter wedding and elopements!

Sam and Fiona planned their special day in just a few short weeks.
They didn’t want a large wedding and instead, decided a small intimate ceremony with eight guests being their immediate family followed by dinner in front of an open fireplace was more them.

Fiona’s sister made a fruit cake as their wedding cake and used the same bridal figurines that their parents had on their cake many years before.
Every detail was simple, beautifully thought out and full of class and style. With Fiona’s sister and brother- in -law as their witnesses, they chose a little church in Tanunda- Bethany Lutheran Church -that fit perfectly into their cosy day.

I still remember standing out the front of the Church with Sam in a light rain waiting for Fiona to arrive and he said  ” This is perfect, rain and all, it exactly how we wanted our day to be” and perfect it was!

Thank you Sam & Fiona for sharing such a unique, intimate day with me and for treating me as one of your own.

I wish you nothing but a life full of love and happiness.

Where does one even begin with these high school sweethearts…
I could write a gazillion words to describe these darling humans, and giant hearts are just one of them!
My first wedding for 2019 after the holiday break and it was a cracker, to say the least!
Brin Farm in Clarendon was another new venue for me so Jem & Kyle met me there earlier in the week to scout out the property. I was sold the moment I drove down the driveway, not just by the stunning views and ponies but by the warm, casual welcome I received by the owners of Brin Farm (how did I get so lucky meeting all these kind people?!)

Back to the wedding day, it was perfect from start to finish.! The weather was on point and gave us a gorgeous sunset right at the time Brin Farm owners so kindly let us have a play with one of their prized Andalusian’s Elliott (keep scrolling to see the fun we had with this beautiful animal).

Jem & Kyle, I can’t thank you enough for giving the opportunity to be a part of this special day and most of all, to get to know you both and make some new wonderful friends.

Woodhouse Manor was a new venue for me, so I was pretty pumped to be let loose in such a massive surroundings of whismical goodness! The scenery and opportunities around Wood House Activity Centre are something else!

With Tegan and Keegan living over in Victoria, we shared many emails and phone chats but didn’t get to meet until the week of their wedding and you know when you meet someone for the first time, but it feels like you’ve known them forever…these two are that kind of couple which is why I can see how they are loved by so many people.

With their happy, carefree vibes and outdoor wedding on the grounds of Woodhouse Activity Centre, the day felt like a festival of you didn’t want to end, and they sure reminded us how to party when it came time to hit that dance floor!
